Answers to getting started
Why do I need your service?
You need us because your friends are counting on you. It’s hard to let your online friends know you’re dead since at that point you really can’t type! (Think about it.)

Online friendships can be very real-so why wouldn’t you want to make sure your friends were notified if something prevented you from being online as usual? It doesn’t just have to be your death…maybe you just went on vacation. The point is, don’t leave them wondering. Don’t just “disappear”. Let ‘em know! My Last Quest is designed to offer you:

  • Confidentiality- Unlike your email box, and Facebook, your messages here are private. Our system is designed to prevent human error while delivering your messages. We never reveal your contact list names to anyone. Even your designated Moderator cannot actually see who is on the lists you have authorized them to activate; nor can they read your messages.
  • Control-You are in control of how much information your moderator has access to.
  • Versatility-Multiple lists and levels of messages-You will probably not want to leave the same message for everyone. With our Platinum service, you have the ability to leave very personal messages that even your Moderator will not be able to see unless the message is intended for them specifically. Only the person the message is intended for will be able to read what you have written.
  • Responsibility-Everything is prepared ahead of time in the event of an emergency. You don’t need to worry about the wrong message being sent to the wrong person. You are in control of the information that gets delivered- your message, in your words.

Can I purchase memberships as gifts for my online friends?
Gift memberships- If you wish to, you may purchase a Membership or any level and give to a friend. You may also purchase updates and upgrades to give to friends who already have a MYLASTQUEST Membership. That option is found on your profile page after you complete your registration.
Which level of My Last Quest Membership is right for me?
The level of service you choose should be based upon the number of regular contacts you have in the online world or through email. If you think someone would like to know you are offline for a while for whatever reason, or that something has happened to you and you want to make SURE they know, they should be on one of your contact lists.
What if I want to upgrade my service level later?
Upgrade your service Level- It only costs a small amount to upgrade to the next service level. However, it is ultimately less expensive in the long run to just get the largest service package initially if that’s what you think you will need for the number of friends you will wish to keep notified. When you decide it’s time to upgrade, log into your member account, and choose the level of service that is right for your needs.

What if I want to cancel my membership?
